The automation system provided by Sichuan GaoDa Science and Technology Co. Ltd includes automatic control DCS system from pulp processing to paper roll, steam and condensate system, drive system, QCS quantitative control system to control quantity and moisture of CD & MD, and colour control system by HunterLab USA.
Nantong Wanda Boiler Co. Ltd.
The recirculating fluidized bed boiler with a capacity of 35t / hr is provided by Nantong Wanda Boiler Co. Ltd. The boiler was designed by Wuhan China Design Institute. The emission parameters are controlled based on QCVN 19: 2009 / BTNM National Technical Regulation, column B on industrial exhaust gas for dust and inorganic substances issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The boiler has an automatic monitoring system and transmits environmental parameters to the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Khoi Nguyen Wastewater Treatment System with capacity of 4000m3 / day. The technology part is designed and installed by Cong Thanh Technology Environment Company, and the construction of lake tank is done by Viteccons. The treated wastewater meets the standards of column B QCVN 40: 2011 / BTNMT and is taken to the central wastewater treatment station of the Industrial Park.
